Tickets for public events can be purchased in person at The Stage box office located on Level One of Hollywood & Highland. Tickets may be purchased here and at ticketmaster.com. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at (800) 745-3000. Dolby Theatre cautions our guests against buying tickets from a third party broker. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized brokers as your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Visit our Directions and Parking page at: http://dolbytheatre.com/parking/. The Metro is also a terrific alternative, and Hollywood & Highland, where the theatre is located, has its very own stop on the Red Line. More information is available at: http://www.metro.net/.
Dolby Theatre does not validate parking. However, many of the businesses at Hollywood & Highland do, and we encourage you to shop and dine in the area. A list of businesses which validate may be found at: http://hollywoodandhighland.com/directions-parking/.
You may also pre-purchase parking for the Hollywood & Highland Garage through ParkWhiz here. Limited spots available.
Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.Traffic in and around Hollywood can be congested at times, so you’ll want to allow yourself plenty of time to get here, find parking, use the restroom and purchase concessions before the event begins. Ushers will direct you to your seat and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the theatre’s amenities.
No wi-fi is available inside the theatre, however there is a free network in the Level 1 and Level 2 rotunda in order to get your tickets on your mobile device titled “Broadway In Hollywood E-Tickets” only available during public events.
Dolby Theatre does not allow outside food or beverage. Concession stands are open for most public events and serve a variety of delicious food & beverage options brought to you by Wolfgang Puck Catering.
Yes, but keep in mind The Stage is an operating facility with a busy performance schedule. Access to the theatre, and certain areas of the theatre, is subject to performance schedule. Visit our Tour Policies page for more information: http://www.dolbytheatre.com/tours/.
Yes! Wheelchair accommodations are available online or by calling the box office at least two weeks before a performance to make arrangements and purchase accessible seating. The theatre also offers assisted listening devices on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons may inquire at our Guest Services located on Lobby 2. Sign interpreted and audio described performances may also be arranged by calling our box office at least two weeks in advance of a performance. For more information click here.
