You must fill out the forms completely, except for those sections marked as optional. Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. The address must be exactly the same as the address that appears on your monthly statements. Payment by a third party is not allowed.
Once you have purchased the show tickets, you will also elect to accept this purchase agreement, all terms and conditions, and agree that no refunds, exchanges or cancellations are allowed.
